This is confusing

Hi,

The dell "drivers and downloads" is inaccurate and cannot be trusted .I have an inspiron 15 7000 series (7570) when i goto my drivers and downloads page it says "Intel dynamic platform and thermal framework" last updated 15 Januari 2019 now expand this item in the list "releasedate" 3 Januari 2018 so dell what gives ?????? that's a difference from more then a year :Huh?:
