Upgrading GPU possible? inspiron 14 3476

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U

Motherboard: Dell Inc. 0MHHGW

Display Devices:

1. Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

2. Radeon (TM) 520 (dedicated)

Is it possible to upgrade my dedicated GPU to something better? I've read that GPU's can't be upgraded due to it being soldered, but I don't if that is the case with my laptop.
