Waves Maxx Pro Turns on Automatically on Speaker

Hi, 

I have Inspiron 5509. The problem is I could not hear proper sound from internal speakers. All I hear is the noisy thing (the one which comes in Television). Nx seems to turn on itself even after the control for it is turned off.

The recent update on windows brings this problem. Could not uninstall it seems. Also, when I plug headphones, the sound is clear when Nx is turned off but when the setting is turned on then all I hear is crackling nosiy thing. ANy help would be much appreciated.
