Where do I find max processor state setting new Inspiron 2 in 1?
My previous dell laptops have had the option in advance power settings of limiting the max processor state to less than 100% (including an Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1 that I purchased a year ago). However, I have recently purchased two new Inspiron 7000 2 in 1, and neither has the option readily available. I tried calling tech support, but I did not get an answer. This option is important to me as a means of limiting fan noise; even scrolling back a few percentage points on the max setting does the trick.
Does anyone have guidance as to how I can accomplish this?

Hi Dmdsrk,
did you manage to solve this? I had this option as well in my computer just before I sent it back to Dell for repairs for the 3rd time ( laptop is 4 months old ) and my processor power management disappeared and I cannot get it back.
