Why can I NEVER update this garbage without a problem? It never works.

It always gets stuck and then I can’t reboot. This is BAR NONE the worse computer I’ve ever had. No contest. I long for my Commodore 64  

I shall be getting a new computer ASAP and honest this one would be burned in a fire if that weren’t environmentally offensive.
