Windows 11 reporting Intel Core i7-11370H with 3.40GHz!!

Hello Community,

Not long ago, I disabled Intel's Turbo Boost Technology to try and improve thermals in my laptop, but it didn't improve anything sadly. Also, I think disabling that makes my PC a bit slower in more intensive tasks. But the problem here is that Task Manager in Windows 11 says my Processor is running at 3.40GHz although before with Turbo Boost on, it reported 5.0GHz. Is there any way to fix that? I've tried turning off and on Turbo Boost and resetting the BIOS Settings back to their defaults with no luck.
