Windows hello
I just needed to know if my inspiron 14 5480 has Windows hello , I was told by the sales person that is there , but I can't seem to activate it . I chose this model because it had the burgundy red color option which I loved but didn't have the fingerprint option , so I asked the sales person if windows hello is present and he said yes , but now I think it only works with the fingerprint scanner present
IHello should work for using a pin number without a fingerprint reader or facial if you have a camera. I use an aftermarket fingerprint reader on my desktops that don't have a fingerprint reader built in.

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.
Unfortunately it may not activate unless the fingerprint reader is installed.
