Yes Bank Cashback not processed for offer ending 31 Jan 2021
I made a purchase for Inspiron 14 5000 Series 5402 back on Jan 18, 2021. Invoice date - Jan 19,2021. The offer end date was 31 Jan 2021. It has now been 90+ days but I still haven't got my cashback.

Yes, the amount request has been sent to your bank on the 2nd of April & the amount was posted on the 29th. It should take a week for you to see the funds in the account.

I have tried reaching out to customer care multiple times and all they keep doing is flipping me from one department to the next. The first time I called, I was told it will be processed my 30 April 2021. Now when I call, I can't get a straight answer.
