bad computer and bad service is an understatement

bad in connection with Dell starts at the product, in this case INSPIRON 5490 AIO and is only surpassed by the Dell 'service'. Over two year of trying to fix the problem and Dell is clearly not interested. Just spent another three hours online giving them the chance to fix it. They tell you to do things that simply do not work. Their instructions are not intended to solve the problem but wear you out. 
They sent a technician to site who replaced lots of parts. Result, nil improvement. Dell is a disgrace on all facets of their business, they would never admit that the sold a dud.
