can't reply in my post

Hi all; New forum user here.  The other day I created a post about Dell Power Manager.  I've been trying to reply XPS Man for the past two days without success.  I go through the Captcha and image verification, and then it keeps displaying "unexpected error" after that and there is no POST REPLY button to click.  What's happening here?  After clicking on the captcha here, it displays POST as it should
