charging light on, keyboard flashes when pressing power button but screen still black.

My little sister was playing roblox on my computer the next thing the computer turns off and she goes to charge it and then when she goes to see the screen it says “updating your malware” with a black screen with a dell logo  (that’s what she told me) Now the screen is black, the light on the keyboard will come on for a second and turn off whenever I hold down the power button and when the chargers in the white light is on. is there any way I can fix this without bringing it to someone to pay or having to unscrew anything it’s a inspiron 15 7000 2 in 1
