cool mode thermal managment
cool mode in dell manager cause some drops when i was wacthing video on youtube
my dell is 5587 i5 8300h
any one can help

Cool mode is meant to lower your thermal's meaning you'll get less power from your CPU your GPU in order to maintain lower temperatures. So drops are to be expected when cool is selected, if you want to use your laptop/PC to the extent, to the maximum ultra performance needs to be selected, But for normal use balanced it's great.
