g15 5511 installing last driver from nvidia?

I am unable to install latest driver from nvidia'a website. installer says, 'supported gpu not detected'.
latest drivers shared by Dell is usually quite old. i.e. i am probably unable to run assassins creed valhalla due to old driver.
I am using windows 11. I forced to install later driver versions by doing some thricks such as using external sofware, editting some inf files etc. and I failed with all.
So am i really allowed to install only drivers from deLL?

For example graphic setting named 'DLSS' can not be activated with the driver Dell published. Game says 'outdated driver'.

What is the point of having a RTX 3060 if I am not allowed to use its all capabilities ?
