high cpu temp (3593 i5)

the temperature of laptop is too high.

Its 100 degree celsius while doing something heavy or gaming.
any solutions?

Intel says that most of their CPU's are good to 100c but beyond the questionable longevity factor of a CPU running at that temp. You are most likely experiencing CPU throttling as well which would significantly affect performance. That particular model doesn't really have the cooling capacity for heavy tasks or something like 3D gaming. Thinner notebooks all have limitations when it comes to handling cooling. You can try to add like a cooling pad, or try and improve air circulation definitely do not do heavy tasks where cooling vents are in anyway blocked or restricted.
