Technological123,
You will need to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 on the drive as well as drivers. Since you already have Windows 10 installed and has been registered with Microsoft. To download Windows 10 you would use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool.
Download Windows 10
Create installation media for Windows
Inspiron 5558 Drivers, Downloads and Manuals
Driver Install Order

As mentioned above, since your system "claimed" a Windows 10 upgrade, it's now registered with Microsoft, which means that at any time you can reinstall Windows 10 from scratch (without having to install Windows 8 first) and it will reactivate just fine. So when you get your SSD, you can either install the SSD and then reinstall Windows 10 from scratch, or you can clone your current drive over to the SSD using appropriate software. Macrium Reflect Free is a popular choice for this purpose.
