unable to launch support assist

Please try these commands to see if you are able to launch Support Assist: 

1. Press windows key (or windows logo) and R key at the same time

2. In Run screen, type CMD, select Ok.

3.Type:

 cd C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\bin 

 SupportAssistUI.exe Launch

Press enter on keyboard after each command, hopefully Support Assist launch
