Do you think the alert is a false positive and I can go into my weekend knowing that if there is a power outage over the weekend that the journal will backup just fine?
You should see some output towards the bottom that lets you know whether the cluster is registering the batteries as working or not. If it is okay, then you should be able to override the read only status. I have a contact in support that is willing to assist if you can send me an SR number.
My contact in support said that he would have no problem taking the node out of read-only mode. He believes he found your SR and should be reaching out to you.
A power outage can certainly interrupt the battery test, causing a result of failed. It is more than likely that the next test will pass, but no one can say 100% that is the case.

Hi chjatwork,
On the node in question, you can run:
#isi_hw_status
You should see some output towards the bottom that lets you know whether the cluster is registering the batteries as working or not. If it is okay, then you should be able to override the read only status. I have a contact in support that is willing to assist if you can send me an SR number.
