Each node requires a license for each feature. So with a 10 node cluster there will be a quantity of 10 of whatever license option you purchased. Often those are sold in bundles, like Enterprise License Bundle 10 or 11, that groups together many of the common features into 1 price. But really you'd need to speak with your account team about what you have purchased already, and what you'd like to have. The licenses are also based upon capacity tiers, so the more dense a node is the more expensive the license is. This of course makes logical sense, because a node full of let's say 8TB drives, could replace a bunch of nodes full of 2TB drives.
Anyway it's a conversation to have with your account team is the underlying point. They can guide you in the right direction.
