Isilon - The file disappeared with creating many ".tmp" files after users overwrite the file.

Has anyone faced below issues?

* Issues

After overwriting the file, it sometimes disappeared and creating many ".tmp" files.

If we change the largest file's extension from ".tmp" to the correct one, we can open the original file(but before overwriting).

* Environment

- There are enough spaces in the Isilon.

- This issue were occured in Microsoft Office files(ex. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

- User doen't set any quotas.

Please assist us.
