PowerStore (Isilon) SMB files previous version tab missing

Question

Hi Everyone, I've several SMB shares with snapshot running. When I need to restore a file deleted by accident, I'm able to log in to one of my Windows servers (2012, 2016, etc.) right click on a folder, do properties and restore using prior versions tab. However, Windows 10 workstations (multiple versions) have the prior versions tab missing. I've done quite a bit of searching, enabled SMB 1 and 2 support, etc. with no results. Wondering if anyone has run into this situation and possible if there is a resolution. Thank you.

Hi,

What version of OneFS are you using? Here are some things to check. It could also be something with Windows 10 since it works on server OSes. https://dell.to/3AN6wmU Is shadow copy enabled in the clients?

@jpalmero, Could be a GPO setting in Windows.  Windows 10 previous versions works for me.
