1749 2nd HDD

hello.

I am almost happy owner of laptop dell 1749.  210-31417.

I'm using it about a half year - it works perfectly (thx). When i decided to setup second HDD i was faced a problem there are no adapter and fastenings to hold 2nd hdd in laptop (like this - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cwg7WUWrVB8). So i addressed our local service with this problem.

This is their answer:
"There are service position. We can order it only if this position has been broken and it was an option in your laptop. So we can't do this because there were no them in laptop when when you bought it"

I could not mail directly to the dell support - there are many redirects (2 local sevrice) and others.. (5 month warranty left)

and i have no idea what to do....

but i realy need this components for my happy life : ((
