4 beeps and not starting

4 beeps is a memory failure. Have you recently made any hardware changes on the system?

Download the service manual - http://dell.to/29f07BC- reseat the memory modules and test the system. If required, test each memory module in each slot and this will help identify the faulty memory module. If nothing works, then the motherboard needs to be replaced.

If the system powers on by any chance, then Restart the system and press f12 key on startup - choose diagnostics. Let it run the diags and if you encounter any errors - make a note of the complete error and report the same to us. Run an extended memory test on each module on each slot.

After this step, if the system boots into windows, then update the BIOS - from the support site link above.

Try the modules one at a time until you find the bad module (replace that) or the bad socket (that will require a replacement mainboard).

I haven't done any hardware changes. I tried to reseat memory but nothing happened. That 4 beep is continues. What should I do?

My laptop have 8 GB (4+4) memory if I try 4 GB  memory at a time there will be any problem?

Well, it certainly looks like there is a faulty memory module or a faulty socket. Please test one module in each socket and power on the system and check. 

If the system powers on, Restart the system and press f12 key on startup - choose diagnostics. Let it run the diags and if you encounter any errors - make a note of the complete error and report the same to us. Also, run an extended test on each memory module to ensure its functionality.

The system normally will function on a 4GB module standalone.
