Thanks for the link Bleeding.

Worked like a charm once I installed Active X and used IE rather than my usual browser, Firefox.

I found this link extremely helpful..I found it once, lost it, searched ALL OVER DELL.COM, and happened to stumble upon it again, so I bookmarked it. Downloaded a couple of updates..sound and video. However, a couple of my games run slower now, so I will roll it back and go with the omega video drivers that worked well before.

I have to use AutoUpdate with IE instead of my new default Firefox browser.  Oh well!  :)

The company that runs this site.... it is the same one that share's information. If I recall they used to make applications that installed on your computer and then reported everything you do. The company is Gteko Ltd. If you go to their website there is a privacy statement, http://www.gteko.com/?page=privacypolicy.htm.

Anyway, not sure it is safe to use... besides, why are they running a site like this... not run by Dell nor by a tech site... seems dubious to me.
