Alienware M11x R2 - problem with Alientouch

Hello,

i have the prob that i want to disable my touchpad but when i open the command center and go to alientouch there is just a screenshot of some alien like looking monitors or something, but nothing to adjust or else..

i also tried to deactivate the touchpad but this didnt work either..so im trying to reinstall command center but i guess it will be for vain
