Alienware M17X r4 not loading the SB Tru studio at start up
I have an Alienware M17X r4 that just had the MB replaced and when it starts up, the sound is tinny and weak. The SB module with all the controls like EQ and such doesn't load at startup...but if I change the EQ settings it "snaps in" and starts to work.
Very annoying.
Anyone have any ideas about how to get this to work properly?

found the trouble....the alienware techs had turned off some startup items, including the SB control panel
