Alienware MX17 w7x64 Wireless Card Problem can't connect / find wireless network / card seems to be disabled

Got a problem with my Alienware MX17 - after window stops loading a icon in the task bar shows that wireless networks are found . I can connect with my network but after few seconds the card seems to shut down by drivers (in device manager the card is on), The windows cant find any wireless networks. For test i set no password or other security on router. I also shut down windows UAC (user account control or something named similar in MSCONFIG ) .

Turning firewall OFF does not help. Next when i connect a normal network cable the wireless card seems to turn on and "see" my wireless network.

The system is win 7 x64 , i install latest drivers, i did not upgrade bios. The router does not matter - it does not work with any router i try'd.

It looks to my that some power management or other service / driver turns the cards off. The card is OK, problem is when i try a working USB WIFI adapter its the same problem. Hope there is someone who can help. PS: can't reinstall the system because i working on some project , next i loosed the recovery disc. Perhaps there is a hidden partition on hdd but i don’t know how to access it (to be truth i did not Google about it because i can reinstall the system when i finish my project.)

Noone seems to want to answer this problem, I can't even Connect to the internet at all OR get my firewall to turn on! I wish Dell/Alienware would have put a warning on their laptops of 'will break down after 1 year of purchase'  My sister is considering of cancelling her order since mine started acting up.

karenlene,

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.

What virus program and firewall are you using?

Make and model of your wireless router and the type of security you're using? What channel?
