Any expert from dell to fix my computer dude ?
My greeting to all the experts dude's of dell community.
I need your help to fix the problems arising with my computer. While working on the computer the desktop screen suddenly freezes. How to solve this issue? please help me with your expert advices.

If the system is more than a few months old, clean the heasink of accumulated dust. That's one start.
Run an extended Dell diagnostic - F12 at powerup.

System model? Age? Operating system? Version? Antivirus installed and up to date? System running abnormally hot? Have you done a malware scan recently?
