Bad hinges

I had the same problem on two laptops. I bought them for Christmas for the kids identical Inspiron 5558 laptops in 1 mm the the screen backing near the hinge was bulging. Dell service wouldn't do a thing as I didn't buy the extended warranty, what this was. Then a month later the screen cracked.   6 months later the exact same issue with my sons 5558. We caught it before the screen was damaged but the exact same problem where the screws that hold the hinges on strip out the plastic. I will never ever buy another dell product as their quality and customer service .  Terrible made the plastic
