Battery drains when plugged in
Whenever I have a game on (ex. overwatch, or any game) the battery will slowly drain to %0 regardless of it being plugged in I have to turn it off and wait for it to become fully charged again, If I'm just on the internet on google it will charge, this only occurs when I'm on a game. I've just starting having this problem and wanna know how I can fix this.
I've already done diagnostics tests, multiple times. but don't know what else I can do.

I'd suggest you update the System Setup(BIOS). Please click on the link below to safely install latest BIOS version.

After installing latest BIOS version, I suggest you install the Chipset and Video drivers one at a time or in correct (Installation) order.
