Bluetooth speaker: Terrible sound
Hello; I hope this is the right place for this question. If not, I apologize.
For some quick background info, I have a Toshiba laptop (Windows 10) and a Sony bluetooth speaker that pair perfectly together. I recently purchased a new Dell laptop (also running Windows 10) that's having some problems with the aforementioned speaker. When I connect them via a cable, the sound is fine. Similarly, when I initially pair them, the sound is as expected. However, on any subsequent pairings, the sound is incredibly tinny, and the only way to achieve a fuller sound is to remove the device, reconnect it, and restart the computer (which is apparently needed to complete the device installation, which was never required on my other laptop, even on the first time I tried to pair the laptop to the speaker).
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
