Can I buy replacement keys?

I am still not sure how or when this happened, but I am missing two keys on my keyboard. They aren't  vital keys, and I can still use them if necesary. Regardless, I would like to replace them. It is the 3 key and the f6 key. Please help by telling me if/where I can find replacement keys.

I have no idea about individual key availability. Ive always understood dell's policy as replacing the entire keyboard if even one key breaks. Depending on the model, replacing individual keys can be a pretty big hassle.
