Can't Get Info When Entering My Service Tag?
I recently bought a Dell Precision M6400 and when I enter the Service Tag 7Z3P54J I don't get any info about it's original hardware configuration. Also tried Express Service # too. Is there some other place here I can get the info? Thanks in advance.

This would have to be a used system - and used sellers can do just about anything with service tag numbers -- change them, change the mainboard, etc.
Ask the seller from whom you purchased the system.

Usually I can see the original configuration when it was manufactured and shipped by entering the Service or Express Tags, but with this M6400 all I get is the manufacture and shipped dates. Maybe because it was made in Ireland there's a glitch?
