Can't Login and NO Reset Disk

I have a new Inspiron 3000 15. Used it for a month or so then I didn't use it since. The password isn't accepted and the hint isn't helping. I never made a reset disk or flash drive. I'm willing to reset as I didn't load many things on it yet. I need to get into it then disable password. Is there anyway to do this?  I can prove ownership by service tag as well as full payment on my Dell account.

Thanks. I read all options. To reinstall Windows as a system restore, I need the.pass to get in.

I guess then you have to manually restore Windows wiping out everything.

Comma after could. I could, had my ...  In other words, my new laptop didn't come with a Windows disk. I can't reinstall since I don't have the original system disk.

All fixed. I tried every pass based on the hint and got it. Wrote it then changed it and put it in my password organizer.i think it's iOS 8 but not sure, I saw Win 10 somewhere . I haven't gone through everything except Settings.
