Normally you can use XP drivers with 2003. In the FAQ -- the 1st thread on this board -- there are instructions for audio with 2003, in FAQ #9.

The driver can be obtained from the Audio category on the 1525 XP drivers page (use the dropdown box on that page to select the correct OS) .

Did you first follow the instructions in the FAQ and turn on Audio Service and download the Microsoft patch?
