Connecting a Inspiron 1501 to a TV with VGA to RCA cable

The laptop 1501 comes with ATI Radeonâ„¢ Xpress 200M will it be able to connect to a HDTV with a VGA to RCA cable?

it may work, but the resolution is going to be bad...i am going to guess 640x480 or 720x480 at the most. now, if the tv had a vga connector, you could get 1024x768 at the most.
