Contacting Corporate Headquarters
Does anyone know the best contact at corporate? I'm at wits end with my latest Dell notebook. No one has been able to help and this is now unacceptable. Thanks --

Various threads have posted various addresses for Dell Headquarters in Round Rock. Texas. I have never, however, heard of anyone having any success using that method.
Have you tried using the Unresolved Issues form at the bottom of this page? Or, start a new thread stating your cocnerns and perhaps someone here can either help you or direct you how to get Dell to help you.

I wrote a letter addressed to Michael Bell in Round Rock, Texas and I got a personal phone call from his assistant and this man fixed everything and I got a brand new tower with lots of free soft ware.

You need to write a letter to the attention of Michael Dell at Dell; One Rock Way, in Texas ;;;;;; I did and I got a personal phone call.

I did write Dell hq. I got a callback from a useless rep who was completely unfamiliar with the details and no matter what point I brought up said "I don't know how that could have happened. We will make sure that doesn't happen again" until I told him he was just wasting more of my time and I hung up on him.
