D420 + Windows 7 + SDHC Class 6?

Hi,

i can't get my new SDHC Card running on my Latitude D420 with Windows 7 32Bit.

I searched the forums/google and found some post that indicated that the internal cardreader is capable of working with SDHC Cards. The card is working fine with an newer Laptop, i tried to preformat the card with all avaliable filesystem but had no luck so far.

When i insert the card in my laptop, a popup says that i need to format the card, when i do so, i just get an error message after several minutes. The Windows Disk Managment either freezes or shows a drive without any size and name. I tried every option in the managment menu but none worked, just error messages or break ups.

Is there a new driver or firmware for Windows 7 that could get the thing to work? Any other ideas?
