D620 Intel 3945 Prelogon not working with IOS

Hello,
Having some problems with our D620's running Intel 3495 abg wireless cards.

At our corporate offices, (Cisco 1200 running IOS) they will connect to the wireless, but only if Prelogon is turned off ( we want it on to be able to use logon scripting).

IF prelogon is enabled, the sequence of events is like this to get it to connect...

CTRL ALT DEL and logon
Intel Proset attempts to connect.
Wireless connects ok and gets and IP address.
Desktop loads and wireless icon shows connected.
Attempt to access internet, ping computers, etc .. does not work.
ipconfig shows a correct ip address.
At this point, I can run a repair, and the wireless will connect and work just fine..
Reboot the laptop and it returns back to step one.

Took one laptop out to a warehouse (Cisco 1200 running VXWORKS) and it connects just fine out there...

So here's the problem now..

Dell D620 with Intel 3495 CANNOT prelogon with Cisco 1200's using IOS.

Dell D620 with Intel 3495 CAN prelogon with Cisco 1200's using VXWORKS.

Any suggestions on what I can look at on the IOS to open it up for Prelogon?
