DELL XPS 14 L401X FAN NOISE

Hi There,

My laptop's fan is continuously running on full speed. This leads to extreme noise. It is not under warranty and I have updated the BIOS and it doesn't help. Seems like I need a replacement fan. Can you please tell me how and where I can get that done?
