Delete and Down Arrow Key is not working
Hi Guys,
I am having the Inspiron 15R 5520 laptop. Since from last 6 months, the delete button and down arrow button are not working OS Win 10 Home 64 bit.
kind request you to help me with resolving the above issue.

The Inspiron 15R-5520 started shipping in 2012, did you happen to purchase the extended warranty? If not, you will need to relace the keyboard. We need to know which region you are in and if this is the backlit keyboard or not.

Thanks for your reply.
I bought this laptop in 2012 from Middle East region and recently shited back to home country (India). All keys were working properly when i was in Duabi (Till Dec 2016).
Kindly help me with proper reason.

And what language is the keyboard lettering, english?

Its english as well as Arabic. All keys were working properly just 3 months back.

You lost me on that. I meant the physical keys, not a keyboard software setting. What language is on the physical keys. Or just post a picture of the keyboard. Or simply search for a replacement keyboard.
