Dell 1545, after switching motherboard

I recently swapped out the my dell 1545's mother board and charge port board but it is still giving me problems, i plug it in and it flashed the white light then three red lights on the power light, then it seemingly charge over night after it did that a few times and now the screen doesn't have any light, not back light nor does it turn on is there anything else i can do to remedy this problem.
