Dell Brazil = Fail

Dell is losing market of Brazil.
I have an Inspiron. I've been trying to set up a new laptop from the Dell website.
But it is impossible. Missing options. You can only set up five or six items of software and warranties. 

Nothing hardware.
Dell.com already have the options we need, but it is impossible to buy the import taxes.

In short, Dell Brazil is crap.
