Dell C610 Model PP01L
I bought this via Ebay. Owner will replace becuase I have power problems. Does not power on when battery is in bay. Thought regular plug would work, but it keeps shutting off every 1-15 minutes - no rhyme or reason to shut-off time. Can anyone advise before I send back?
Also, laptop mouse drags to far right all the time. I tried plugging in a manual mouse, but it did same.

Thank you for posting your message at the Dell Community Forums.
Do you still have these problems when running in Safe Mode. Reboot system, at the Dell Splash Screen, tap F8 and boot into Safe Mode.
Let us know if the mouse issue persists as well as the reboot.
