[Dell Customer Support in Egypt]

please monitor Dell customer support in Egypt cause they are rude and don't help much

i bought the famous defected laptop inspiorn 1564 as you all know about the white screen issue

i sent those links to dell customer support to prove that dell released this defected laptop - they told they don't care what people say on dell community site !

and told that they won't replace my latop no matter what ?  One of them called Mr 'Bassem'  was so rude to me on the phone when i asked to speak to his supervisior he told me ' forget it it's never gonna happen ' dell customer support in Egypt requites major changes - please help 

buying dell was a big mistake !
