Dell Driver Download Manager

Okay, I just bought a Dell Studio 15 (1558) and I am trying to update Bios and other drivers etc. I have tried downloading them individually and that does not work. I downloaded the Dell Driver Download Manager but that keeps saying "no files" etc. So I sign in, select all the options, try to re-open the DDDM and I get the same message. I restarted  the laptop after DDDM installed, and I have tried this with both I.E. and Mozilla. Still nothing.

Help.
