Dell INSPIRON 15 7000 (7537) Compatible Charger??

Hey everyone. I own an INSPIRON 15 7000 (7537), and I’m trying to find a replacement for my charger (which I lost last week). It may be a dumb question, but I just can’t find which model will work for my laptop. I googled it and I found both the 90w (19.5V/4.62A) and the 65w (19.5V/3.34A) listed as compatible. I’m afraid of buying the wrong one and damage my battery. Help!

Thanks!!

90W will work in all cases.  65W will work ONLY if the system has just Intel integrated video - it won't sufficiently power the hybrid GPU if you have a hybrid setup.

It is safe to substitute 90W for 65w -- the system will draw only as much power as it needs.  It is NOT safe to substitute a 65W adapter for a 90W, though - the adapter will overheat and likely lead to power throttling of the system.

Thanks! Should I get the 90W then? What about the amps? Will the 4.62A works if I only need 3.34?
