In Holland it isn’t any better. Same bad support, no reactions on emails/calls simply no support (unless you asked dozens of times for it).

The forum is also an indication that there is a lack of support. Of course most people directly say “only people with complains post on these forums” and I agree with that, but the lack of response from the liaison department is an indication that the support in general can be improved.

If a company setups a forum like this, complains can be expected, and the fact that Dell not response at these individual customer complains is an real life indication for their level of support provided.

So I agree with you Dell support is bad and should be improved.

Everyone knows that India support is bad no matter what... they are paid just to pick up the phone... they don't even know how to speak proper English, and when getting transfered you finished right where you started after 5 transfers... there is only a way out with consumer... tech support, which can be handled in phillipines and USA I think. So consumer is going ot be bad unless they take it out of there... Com'on!!! those guys make like 5 bucks a day!!! That is why dell likes them... to keep the big bucks...
