Dell Inspiron 15 3531 CPU usage 100%
My dell laptop CPU 100% usage when use AC adapter and when disconnect AC adapter and use battery no proplem no CPU 100%
I see CPU 100% usage from task manager windows 8.1 64 bit
can help me please ?

Hi suliman258,
I’d suggest that you follow the steps mentioned below and check for issue resolution.
Also, I’d suggest you to disconnect the battery from the system and use it with only AC adapter.
In addition, I would suggest you to update the BIOS and Video card driver on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the BIOS from BIOS section and Video card driver from Video section onto the system and install it.

I am follow the steps but not solved
but when use power plan in windows 8.1 I see more differnet :
when chosen dell power plan cpu usage 100%
when chosen save power plan cpu usage 100%
and
when chosen Balanced power plan or High performance cpu usage 22% no cpu usage 100$
why this problem ?

Hi suliman258,
I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the video card driver on the system. Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the video card in safe mode.
After the uninstall finishes restart the system. Then reinstall the video card driver on the system for issue resolution. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the video card driver from Video section onto the system and install it.

tried all of these and still have the same issue as above. now what can i do to resolve this issues.
