Dell Inspiron 7447 Webcam

I've tried to remove drivers from Device Manager Etc. W10 Camera's app did have an error. so as for skype etc.

I started the SupportAssist App, and the LED lighted up + able to view the webcam just for that slight moment when SupportAssist started. after that it just got stucked at

Analyzing Camera 

RGB Line Driver Test                                                                  Elapsed Time; 40mins etc.

Hardware Scans

Camera - Integrated Webcam

RBG - Pixel Test                                    WWC03-1PS 

RGB - Line Driver Test                         WWC04-YK6

RGB - Channel Test                             WWC05-OAI

 

And it has been there for a long time.. any supports?

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Dell Community Forum.

I would ask you to uninstall the existing web cam central software from control panel .

Then use this link to re-install the web cam central application .If there are any other errors do make a note of the error code .

I'm still unable to make it work.

It shows this, and still 

0xA00F4246(0x80040154)

on Window's Camera App

Hi,

Uninstall and reinstall the web cam central software.

This is the link for re installation of web cam central.
