Dell Inspiron N5010 Battery Orginal or not

I am purchased one new laptop dell battery. It  tag number is CN-04YRJH-48630-39O-O2M2-A03.

Can you please tell me battery is original or not ?

And one more problem is laptop working time, the battery level is 50%, the laptop will be automatically power off. Then again power on by hand laptop is working. I am checked two batteries same problem the battery power has been 50 percentage laptop is power off.

Can you please tell me one solution.
